Upgrading of desulphurisation at Plzeňská Teplárenská a.s. by intensifying the wet limestone scrubbing process, and installing TRAY technology and a new three-stage drip eliminator system. The desulphurisation line processes non-desulphurised flue gases at a total capacity of 410,000 Nm3/h and has newly been designed to safely achieve guaranteed parameters for SO2 emissions of up to 130 mg/Rm3 and PM of up to 8 mg/Rm3.
